Echo Inspectors & Insect O. - Bribe Dub

Primary [colours] is very proud to present to you our new record, Bribie Dub. Pressed on our 10 inch Reserve series, the third release sees a collaboration between the Echo Inspectors of Australia and Insect O. of Germany.

Bribie Dub began as a sketch in the Echo Inspectors Brisbane studio while Insect O. was holidaying in northern Australia, it was then returned back to Insect O’s studio in Dresden quickly evolving in to the track you hear today. Big, driving rhythms meet dubbed out stabs and chords while diving sweeps play with intricate melodies in this dancefloor giant.

When Bribie Dub was completed and heard in full for the first time only one name came to mind for the remix, Mr Mike Schommer of Deepchord. A major influence of the Echo Inspectors, Mike Schommer not only honoured the original but he made it his own. With its hypnotising synth sweeps, playful delays, mesmerising hooks and pulsating drive, Schommer has his signature sound all over it. Timeless.
